Trials, product and data handling
Email hello@bilby.health about a trial, how Bilby works, moving from your current software, security, or how Bilby handles your practice’s information. Practices already using Bilby can reach support at the same address.
To apply for a trial, use the trial application form. It asks for your name, practice name, email address, number of clinical practitioners and current software. Please don’t include patient information in an enquiry.
Privacy and legal
Email legal@bilby.health for access to or correction of your account information, help with a privacy request your clinic has received, a concern about how Bilby handles information, or a question about our terms. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. The privacy policy explains how we handle these requests.
If you are a patient
Your practice manages your appointments, forms, invoices and records in Bilby. Contact your practice about any of these, and use the booking link your practice gives you to make an appointment. If you contact us about your records, we will coordinate with your practice as appropriate.
